It’s been a while since I signed up for a bank bonus, I already made over $2000 in the first six months of this year with bank bonuses. Doctor of Credit posted one for BMO Harris bank which looks fairly easy to complete. In addition to the $200 credit, another nice thing about this one is that the initial deposit can be funded with a credit card up to $1000 which will help me meet the minimum spending requirement on my newly obtained American Express Business Plus and Citi Hilton HHonors Reserve cards.

Meeting ‘Direct Deposit’ Requirement
Most people see ‘direct deposit’ requirement and don’t want to be hassled with changing their payroll form at work, I know I don’t. But there are a lot of different ways to meet the direct deposit requirement without actually changing which account your paycheck is deposited to. Doctor of Credit keeps a log of all the ways/accounts/transfers that count as a direct deposit at each bank.
My main checking account is a Fidelity Cash Management account and making a transfer usually counts as a direct deposit to most financial institutions. A transfer from online bank ‘Ally’ also usually counts as a direct deposit.
