CABANA SAPTE

Very warm and cozy 4 bedroom cabin on a mountain river in the middle of wild nature. The cabin is situated at the foot of the Fagaras mountains, being 1,5 hours away both from Sibiu International Airport and Brasov city and 30 minutes away from Fagaras city.

This place is perfect for those who love the mountains and the wild nature. The cabin has been completely remodeled in 2017 and comes with everything you need for a short stay. So, welcome to “Cabana Sapte”!

The space

The cabin has open living, dining and kitchen area. 2 of the bedrooms are situated on the 1st floor and 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. There are 2 bathrooms with shower located on the ground floor and 1 bathroom on the 1st floor.

Guest access

The guests will have the whole cabin for themselves.

Interaction with guests

We are offsite , but available by phone and emails for questions.

Other things to note

5 km of stone road with the last 200 meters being in a bad condition.

Things to do

There are a few nice places to visit nearby such as: 4 hours mountain trail, Breaza Hermitage, Sambata de Sus resort, Fagaras Fortress, Adventure Park Dragus, Trout Farms, the famous Transfagarasan road, Balea Lake, Sambata horse stud, etc.

“Great Experience”

The idyllic location of Teo’s cabin makes it perfect for a weekend retreat with friends in one of the most beautiful areas of Romania. Grill something, play some card games or simply enjoy some whiskey by the fireplace, whatever you choose, you’ll have a great time. The cabin is impeccably clean and transmits a very nice, homey feeling, doubled by Teo’s being helpful and flexible. He was very accommodating with both our check-in and check-out, considering our group arrived at different times of day and we were a bit unprepared for the snowy conditions (a 4×4 is needed to get to the cabin by car). Communication with him is easy as he is a very friendly and open host, quickly responding to any inquiries one might have. All in all we had an amazing weekend, being able to completely disconnect and forget the daily troubles of life. Highly recommend!

“Dream place …”

My family and I (wife and two girls) had such an amazing time there during Easter, we simply couldn’t have imagined a more exciting place to spend our break in the mountains. When I mean in the mountains, you really are in the mountains – what a view from the Cabana… all 360 degrees! There’s an adventure in every direction and a small stream that trickles past the rear of the building – such a peaceful sound! The walks (and there are an insane amount of them) are breathtaking, it makes you want to keep exploring. For anyone looking for adventure, this is the place to be! The Cabana evokes a wonderful feeling of seclusion, there’s nothing quite like being cut off from the busy world that we’re all used to. We loved spending our evenings gazing at the stars (you can see them so well) whilst sitting around a fire. Magic. As for the Cabana itself, the Parvu’s are CLEARLY passionate about their inspiring project – the pictures don’t do it justice at all! You get to stay in a really creative place, surrounded by some of Mother Nature’s best work… what a combination! The kitchen provides everything you’d ever need and the beds were very comfortable, I can’t remember the last time I slept so well! Thank you so much! We’ll be back!
