Did your team make it to the Superbowl this year? If so, there actually is still some hotel room availability using points if you were thinking of going.
After checking and striking out at Hyatt, Hilton, Marriott, SPG, & IHG, I was able to find availability with Wyndham at two of their properties.
The Days Inn St. Paul0Minneapolis-Midway is less than 5 miles from US Bank Stadium. The Days Inn Mounds View is a little farther away.
Now the reviews on tripadvisor aren’t stellar, really the most recent ones are a little scary. But this hotel is going for $900/night right now but can be booked with 15,000 Wyndham points/night.
Wyndham allows you to 24 hrs prior to arrival. So there is no harm booking it now and deciding to go later.
