Two surprises came in in the mail yesterday. First a postcard about a class action lawsuit against Wyndham Hotels. Apparently if you paid a resort fee at a Wyndham hotel in the US and booked it using Wynhdam’s website you can get a $22 payment or 2200 Wyndham Reward points.
Head over to http://www.2019resortfeesettlement.com to file a claim – it couldn’t have been easier to fill out.
And if you think you’ll never get the $22 payment or it will take years to get – think again!
Because the second surprise in my mail yesterday was a check for $112.67 from a class action settlement against Fairmont Hotels back in July 2019. I had honestly forgot all about it and had to do a quick search when I remembered that I read about it at Brian Cohen’s ‘The Gate’ blog.
Getting a $112.67 check for filling out a quick easy claim at a website is a no brainer. Don’t miss out on the Wyndham Hotel settlement if it applies to you.
